🛒 Shop Smart. Eat Smart. Spend Smart!

Join TWST4Girls for a hands-on grocery experience designed to help our girls build real-world skills they can use now and for years to come. This isn’t your typical workshop! We’re turning the grocery store into a classroom where money, nutrition, math, and everyday decision-making come to life.

During this interactive experience, you will learn how to:

🥑 Decode Food Labels — Learn what nutrition facts and common health claims on packaging really mean.

🔎 Crack the Barcode Code — Learn how a barcode and price scan work at checkout.

💰 Become a Smart Shopper — Calculate and compare unit price to find the better value between products.

📝 Plan Like a Pro — Create a simple recipe and build a grocery list while staying within a set budget.
